Since we’re coming up on “bikini weather” real fast, I figured I’d put together an inspiration post with a few of my favorite healthy instagram feeds, to help y’all to be your best you, both inside and out! These ladies have been a pleasure to follow along with, because not only do they live a physically healthy lifestyle, I’ve found that they really work on embodying a healthier mentality as well. When someone can really be that whole package, I find that they seem to just glow as a person, and push others around them to shine as well.
So, check out these chicas, give ’em a follow, and share your current faves with me below!
This rad mama not only shares some of the tastiest looking food, but has such real personality that you can’t help but wanna follow her. Seriously, go watch Jeanette’s instagram stories right now; I dare ya to not wanna be her friend, or wanna have your little play with her’s. Whenever I find myself looking for ideas for healthy food with something a little extra, I scroll on through her insta.
I’ve known Stella for probably 5 years now, because we used to work together, and I love how much she’s evolved and grown as a person. She’s an outspoken, positive vegan, who not only works hard, but is willing to help others find themselves too. Be sure to take a peek at her youtube for a more in-depth intro to her.
I started following Hannah a while back while she was going through a rough divorce, and seeing her not only deal with her past but also come out thriving, has been an inspiration in itself. She’s a tattoo artist who seriously seems to absolutely emit sunshine no matter where she goes. Go take a look at her feed to see her trip to India she just returned from.
I actually met Bailey through an instagram group, but I seriously love that she shows that wellness doesn’t just mean what you eat, but what you’re thinking. I appreciate people that are not only down to know themselves, but also down to help others be their “best you”, ya know? Bailey’s a yogi teacher, and a life coach, and you can catch more of her thoughts here.
I found Rachel’s instagram while seeking out healthy recipes, and I love that she shows you can eat sweets and snacks and still be healthy! I feel like too many people see baked goods as junk, but her recipes show that yes, brownies, cakes, and cookies, can be a part of your diet. Go scroll through her feed (or her blog) and tell me your mouth doesn’t water.
